Conclusion: Nitro PDF Reader is a full featured app that gives you complete control over your PDF creations.  You even get presets – web, office and print ready – that allows you to quickly change document creation settings.  The app also has full support for PDF forms, allowing you to quickly save data as well as the form.  You can even use the app to fill in a static form, not necessarily a PDF form.  If you don't have a PDF reader or creator, this should be high on your list of apps to check out.
